Jen has been a physiotherapist for almost 20 years. Early on in her career Jen knew that she would enjoy working in the field of cardio-respiratory (heart and lungs) physiotherapy. Jen began her training and career in the NHS in the UK before emigrating to Aotearoa New Zealand in 2011. Throughout her career Jen has worked in hospital wards including Intensive care, cardiac care, respiratory and surgical wards. Jen has enjoyed leading her clients through exercise and education classes for people with long term lung and heart conditions and more recently working in clinic, working 1:1 with people living with long term breathing conditions, Long COVID and ME/CFS helping individuals to reach their personal goals in symptom and condition management. Jen is also a teacher at the University of Otago (Bachelor of Physiotherapy programme) and Breathability.
