Jen began her training and career in the NHS in the UK before emigrating to Aotearoa New Zealand in 2011. Throughout her career Jen has worked with people in hospital either when they are unwell or if they have had surgery. Jen has enjoyed leading her clients through exercise and education classes for people with long term lung and heart conditions and more recently working in clinic, working together with people living with long term breathing conditions, Long COVID and ME/CFS helping individuals to reach their personal goals. Exercise Jen is also a teacher at the University of Otago (Bachelor of Physiotherapy programme) and Breathability.
